Led by two best friends and business partners for over 40 years, pilot and entrepreneur Huey Moncrief Rowe-Anderson, II and Carey “Ray” Robinson Wolchok along with a team of seasoned aircraft investors and entrepreneurs.

Carey “Ray” Robinson Wolchok - Chairman
Visionary Chairman of PeriLease, Carey is the mastermind behind the financial and strategic prowess that fuels the company. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Perilune Capital, a private investment partnership that has deployed over $3 billion in equity capital into the aviation, financial services, and transportation industries. Over the last twenty years, Carey has made a series of diversified investments including seeding and selling two aircraft leasing platforms, acquiring the equity in aircraft portfolios worth over $3 billion and developed the design and engineering for the Phenom 100, Embraer’s entry level business jet which was based on a design he pioneered at Israel Aerospace Industries with IAI founder Al Schwimmer. . A seasoned veteran in aviation-focused private equity with an MBA from Embry-Riddle, Carey seamlessly blends financial acumen with industry-specific savvy to set the strategic course for PeriLease’s trailblazing success.
Huey Moncrief Rowe-Anderson, II - Founder & CEO
Huey Moncrief Rowe-Anderson, II is not just the heart but the very pulse of PeriLease. A pilot, visionary, and a shrewd entrepreneur, he single-handedly redefined the landscape of the high tech industry as a computer science engineer at IBM in Palo Alto where he developed several patents which are still in use today. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the transportation, health care IT, and hospitality sectors, Huey is the quintessence of unparalleled expertise and passion. Under his leadership, PeriLease has solidified its position as the only minority and female-owned and operated aerospace-focused private investment group in the United States. An adept strategist, he masterfully navigates the global aircraft leasing market, offering customized, comprehensive solutions for clients worldwide. Huey’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that no aspect of the business—from conception to ongoing management—is ever overlooked. For him, aviation is not just a profession; it’s a lifelong passion.
Neil Herskowitz - President & COO
Neil Herskowitz serves as the President and COO of PeriLease, and it’s sister company Perilune Aviation. Bringing an invaluable blend of operational expertise and financial acumen to the aviation arena, he is a multi-industry investor and President of ReGen Group. Neil is also a board member of four NASDAQ-listed companies. A FINRA-approved financial expert and Baruch College alumnus, Neil’s leadership at PeriLease is characterized by his innovative approach to finance and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. In addition, he is a scratch golfer who enjoys taking investors on worldwide investment excursions as he manages the investors and lending relationship for the Company.
Dan Shekhtikhin - Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
As CFO of PeriLease, Dan Shekhtikhin translates complex financial data into actionable strategies that drive the company’s fiscal resilience and growth. With a background as CFO of Perilune Aviation and seven years at Big 4 accounting firms, Dan has overseen tax consulting for funds managing over $10 billion in assets. A Baruch College graduate, Dan epitomizes the fusion of robust accounting and forward-thinking financial strategy, making him a cornerstone of PeriLease’s continued success.
Jeff Solomon - Managing Director of Capital Markets
Jeff Solomon, Managing Director of Capital Markets at PeriLease, is a titan in investment banking with over 15 years of experience. His expertise in M&A is unparalleled, having advised on transactions totaling more than $65 billion. Co-founder of Paddock Capital Markets and a former Executive Director at Moelis & Company, Jeff specializes in converting intricate financial landscapes into pathways for growth and value creation, solidifying PeriLease’s standing as a global leader in aviation leasing.
